Produced from the excellent 2009 vintage this wine is a
testament to meticulous wine making.
The grapes were picked at night to retain the enticing
herbaceous and tropical characteristics which reveal
themselves on the nose.
Fresh and lively citrus characters complimented by
herbaceous grassy flavours leading to a clean, refreshing
finish.
A testament to the suitability of the Coonawarra cool
climate and extraordinary terra rossa soil, the wine is
amazing now and will comfortably deliver well into 2012.

A stunning example of a Margaret River Cabernet Merlot. A soft well
integrated palate with rich fruit concentration and chocolaty
complexity.

Very deep, almost opaque, dark crimson red colour with
deep, dark crimson red hue. Aromas of black cherry,
dark plum and spice. Light to medium weight palate with
flavours of spice, dark cherry and a touch of earth. Dry
finish with soft, fine grained tannins. Moderate aftertaste
of dark cherry, earth and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2011-2013)

Excellent sweet berry aromas combine with a hint of spice. The palate
is soft and juicy with plenty of sweet berry flavours. A solid fruit
weight extends throughout the length of the palate. The finish is
structured yet soft, ensuring a clean lingering finish.

The palate has great weight and ripeness, with concentrated fruit
flavours; passionfruit, greengages and pears. Clean finish complements
the intense fruit.
